Your preview is generated in about 15 seconds and a secure access link is sent to your inbox. The secure link is valid for 7 days and does not require a password just click and you are in.

Which immigration applications are supported?

ClearPath Canada supports the most common Canadian immigration pathways. Each application type has its own tailored document checklist.

Express Entry
Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trades, and Canadian Experience Class via the Express Entry pool. Checks for language results, WES/ECA, employment letters with NOC codes, IMM forms, and proof of funds.
Canadian Experience Class
For applicants with qualifying Canadian work experience in NOC TEER 0/1/2/3. Checks work authorization, T4s, employment letters confirming 1,560+ hours, and language results.
Provincial Nominee Program
For applicants with a provincial nomination certificate. Checks nomination validity, stream-specific documents such as job offers or settlement funds, and core identity documents.
Work Permit Extension
For renewing or extending an existing Canadian work permit. Checks current permit status, LMIA or LMIA-exempt documentation, job offer letter completeness, and passport validity.
Study Permit
New study permits and extensions. Checks letter of acceptance from a Designated Learning Institution (DLI), proof of financial support, current permit status for extensions, and academic standing.
Family Sponsorship
Spousal, common-law partner, dependent child, and parent/grandparent sponsorship. Checks relationship proof documents, sponsor financial documents (3 years NOA), police certificates, and IMM sponsorship forms.
Other
For less common application types. Applies general IRCC completeness standards: identity document consistency, form completeness, employment history documentation, and financial evidence.
