1. Nature of service

ClearPath Canada provides document readiness and completeness review services. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We do not act as authorized immigration representatives. Reports do not constitute legal advice and do not create a professional-client relationship.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use this service. By using ClearPath Canada, you agree to these terms.

3. Authentication

We use passwordless email-based authentication. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. Time-limited signed links and one-time codes are single-use and expire automatically.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Reports are digital products delivered immediately. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days. Contact support@clearpath.ca.

5. Consent to processing

By uploading documents, you explicitly consent to ClearPath Canada processing your files for the purpose of generating a readiness report. Files are used only for this purpose and stored securely.

6. Limitation of liability

ClearPath Canada is not liable for any immigration decisions, application outcomes, or losses arising from use of the platform or reliance on reports. Reports are provided as-is without warranty.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
